Wesley Binns was born in Chicago, IL. He first found his love of writing when, at the age of 13, his teacher asked him to read a book called The Tell-Tale Heart by Edgar Allan Poe. From that moment on, sitting in his classroom Wesley knew he wanted to be a writer. And write he did. Wesley has compiled stories of poetry, comics, short stories, plays, movie scripts, and more. He entered a poetry competition in 2003 for poetry.com and won the competition, which gave him the confidence to keep going. Wesley had to overcome some challenges in his personal life, so writing had to be postponed for a time. However, Wesley's love for writing remained strong his heart's desire never wavered. In 2025, he released his first poetry book, 'Loves Ambivalence'. Wesley also began sharing songs he has written with up-and-coming artists.
